What groups of exceptionalities and special needs do you carry products for?
We carry products for persons with ADD/ADHD, Asperger Syndrome, Autism, Behaviour, Learning Disabilities, Sensory issues, Social Skills, and Speech & Language Disorders.
Do you have a physical location where I can shop, or are you solely an online business?
Currently, we are an online business only.

Do I need to have an account with Challenging Minds to place an order?
No, you do not need an account with us. Simply shop online and then select "check out as guest" option on the check out page.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders from educational, health and public and private institutions specializing in providing programs and services to children, youth and adults with special needs.
How do I order by Purchase Order?
Please see the compete details under Ordering Information. Purchase orders will be invoiced.
Do you bill individual customers?
No, credit card payment is our acceptable method of payment made at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping on all orders of $69 or more (before tax) within Canada.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time depends on the destination and the method of shipping. Please see our section under Ordering and Shipping Information
How can I track my order?
In the confirmation email you receive from Challenging Minds confirming your order, you will be given a tracking number and further details on how you can track your shipment with links to the tracking services offered by Canada Post, Xpresspost, USPS and UPS, depending on your chosen method of shipping.

I live in Toronto or the GTA. Do I have the option to pick up my order?
No, unfortunately, we do not offer a pick up service at this time.
Taxes and Fees
If I am ordering from outside of Canada, are taxes and duties included in the final price of the order?
There is no GST or PST payable on items shipped outside of Canada.
However, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach your country. Challenging Minds cannot estimate and does not collect any duties and/or taxes that you may be responsible for. Customers are responsible for paying any of these additional fees.

Why doesen’t Challenging Minds put pricing in US dollars on their products?
We believe that our American customers should only pay the actual exchange rate at the time of their order.
International Orders
How much does shipping cost for International Orders
You pay actual shipping charges and brokerage/customs fees. These vary depending upon your location and the order weight/size. If you give us your email address, we will get your approval for these charges prior to sending the order.
