We offer our customers a No Fault Guarantee policy when it comes to our products. We are certain that you will find them informative and useful. However, if a product does not satisfy your needs, simply return it within 30 days (15 days for software), along with the original invoice and in its original packaging, and you will receive a full refund. For all returned products, before sending anything back, please contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone at (647) 220-6995, explain the reason for return, and obtain an authorization code. A full refund will be given on the given method of purchase within 30 days with the original receipt. The product must be in its original packaging and be in resalable condition. The shipping cost back to the company will be the responsibility of the customer.
Defective items: A full refund will be given on the given method of purchase or the product will be replaced, whichever is the wish of the customer. The shipping cost will be payable by the company. An authorization code will be needed for defective items.
Purchase Orders (for organizations only): A full refund will be given on purchase orders, but will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the total cost. The shipping cost back to the company will be the responsibility of the customer.
